Hello, Stormbounders! A new version of Stormbound is coming in August, bringing balance changes!

Balance changes

This release, just like any other, will bring some balance changes.

  • Excited Mousers' mana cost is now 3 (down from 5) and strength is 3/4/5/6/7 (down from 6/7/8/10/12)
  • Snowdrifts' strength is now 6/7/9/11/13 (up from 6/7/8/10/12)
  • Slyboots' ability is now changed to "surrounding" (from "bordering") and now works on up to 2/2/2/3/3 units (up from 1/1/2/2/3)
  • Green Prototypes' ability now gives strength to a "random" enemy unit and vitalizes it (from "surrounding" enemy unit)
  • Booming Professors' ability is now 2/2/3/4/5 (down from 3/3/4/5/6)
  • Broken Earth Drakes ability is now 2/3/4/5/6 (down from 3/4/5/6/7)
Nerf compensation

As usual, some compensation in the form of coins and fusion stones will be provided to owners of Broken Earth Drakes, Green Prototypes, and Booming Professors, proportional to the level and rarity of the card. Find below the compensation values for each rarity and level.

  • rare card  Rare card: coin 15 coins and fusion stone 2 fusion stones at level 2, coin 30 coins and fusion stone 3 fusion stones at level 3, coin 90 coins and fusion stone 7 fusion stones at level 4, coin 190 coins and fusion stone 10 fusion stones at level 5.
  • epic card  Epic card: coin 15 coins and fusion stone 2 fusion stones at level 2, coin 40 coins and fusion stone 5 fusion stones at level 3, coin 120 coins and fusion stone 10 fusion stones at level 4, coin 250 coins and fusion stone 20 fusion stones at level 5.

Beat the heat with the new Stormbound Event! Our Frost Summer Fiesta is here to bring a cool breeze to your summer days and loads of fun.

The event starts today, August 4th, 2025, and will run until August 18th, 2025, at 9 AM CEST.

More Coins & Rubies

During the event, all coin gains and the coin cap will be doubled, except for quests. The daily coin cap will be set at coin 1,000 coins for free-to-play players and coin 2,000 coins for players with a premium pass.

What's more, during this event, every Coin and Ruby bundle will yield up to 30% more resources, from August 4th, 2025 until August 18th, 2025, 9:00 AM CEST.

Event Gift

During the event, everyone will receive a gift of 200 coins. To grab the gift, just redeem a special code, which is valid from August 4th, 2025 until August 18h, 2025, 9:00 AM CEST.

  1. Enter the code in the Code field.
  2. Enter your Player ID in the Player ID field (you can find your Player ID in the in-game settings and copy it from there).
